If you would like to bring your own cake to replace a dessert on our menu, we kindly request a fee of R20 per person. However, if you prefer a custom-made cake that caters to your specific taste and preferences, we work closely with an outsourced company that specializes in creating high quality cakes. Our pastry chefs collaborate with this company to ensure that your cake is made to perfection and delivered on time for your special occasion. Our intimate spaces can accommodate groups of 10-18 people downstairs and 10-14 people upstairs, making them perfect for birthdays, graduations, business functions and more. Equipped with amenities like air conditioning, TV screens and audio equipment, our private dining rooms ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Beverage Menu
At Kream Montecasino, we take pride in our carefully curated beverage menu that caters to every taste. From exquisite wines to handcrafted cocktails and premium spirits, our team is here to help you find the perfect pairing for your meal.
Deposits
To confirm your booking and ensure everything is arranged for your special occasion, we kindly ask for a deposit of R150 per person. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. To secure your booking, please email us at montecasino@kream.co.za with your name, booking date, contact information and include the deposit payment as reference. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we’ve received your deposit.
Dietary requirements
Kream Montecasino caters to all dietary needs. Let us know of any dietary requirements or preferences in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Cancellations
At Kream Montecasino, we are committed to providing you with a memorable dining experience. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly and we are here to assist you. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund your deposit in full. However, for cancellations made less than 7 days before your reservation, we regret that we won’t be able to refund your deposit.
Gift voucher
Our gift vouchers are the perfect way to treat someone special to an unforgettable dining experience. Available for purchase and delivery via email, our vouchers can be personalized to suit any occasion. Please note that our vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
